As your Physio it my role to give you the okay for training. We know that everyone has aches and pains, some small and some large so we want to make sure that they’re fixed.
I want to give you the best chance at success during the program so I will run you through a series of mobility and strength tests at the start. From those we’ll create a training program that is perfect for you. If you come into the program with existing injuries I’ll tailor the program around that. Pain free and mobility is my outcome for you.
