As your personal trainer I’m here to train, encourage, motivate, and even more importantly teach you. My role is to get you moving, to get your results. My take on training is that you don't need to be absolutely thrashed, sweating bricks and exhausted to get results. That doesn't work in the long run, we know that isn’t sustainable.
Instead, I take an approach that is enjoyable, pushes you and that can be learned by you. The idea is not to keep you forever, it is to get you to your goals with speed whilst learning along the way.
